What’s a Youth Apprenticeship?
Spend half your day in school and half your day at a job. Get PAID for working – about 15 hours a week – while you train for a career!
What do I need?
Have at least a 2.0 GPA, a 90% attendance rate, and be ready to work.
When do I apply?
Juniors and Seniors can be Youth Apprentices. Apply in your Sophomore or Junior year.
What kind of job will I have?
Youth Apprenticeships are available in many Milwaukee businesses! You’ll be matched to a career that interests you. Fields include:
- Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources
- Architecture & Construction
- Arts, AV Technology & Communications
- Health Science
- Hospitality & Tourism
- Information Technology
- Transportation, Distribution & Logistics
