2.Academic Decathlon is a tournament where students compete in 10 academic events. Our highly competitive Rufus King Team took third in the state of Wisconsin this past season. Time management, charisma, intelligence, dedication. Do you have what it takes? Do you want to improve yourself and be the best version of you? Come to room 127 after school next Tuesday March 20th to learn more. Be prepared to stay until 4:00. There is scholarship opportunities and honor chords for dedicated players. Players are grouped by grade point averages. We need new players both above and below a 3.0 GPA, so this game is for you!
3.We have less than a month to vote on school uniforms! The deadline is April 1st and every parent gets a vote. If no one in your household votes, it counts as a vote in favor of school uniforms. If we have enough families vote, we may not have to vote again for 5 years. Pick up a survey in the Main Office, Attendance Office or at the Front desk; you can also download a copy on the Rufus King website. Let your voice be heard!

6.All girls planning on playing soccer, practice begins today! Please gather your school stuff and meet by Mr. Nichols office in the basement before getting changed for practice. Coach Anderson
7.Prom Tickets will go on sale for seniors on April 5th during lunch hours in the Athletic Office. They will go on sale for juniors and seniors on April 9th. Tickets are $65 a person. Seniors, make sure you have paid at least 50% of your outstanding fees. You will not be able to purchase a ticket until you have paid at least 50% of your outstanding fees. Prom is on April 20th at the Pritzlaff from 7pm to 10pm. Tickets are limited to 350 total.
