3.Greetings Rufus King, If you would like to apply to serve as a Link Crew leader, your time has come! We will be holding two informational meetings this week Tuesday or Wednesday in the Rufus King auditorium. The meetings will begin at 2:55 p.m. and will last roughly 20 minutes. Applications will only be distributed at these meetings and current Link Crew leaders, remember that you too must apply! Please see Ms. O’KB or Mr. Machut with any questions, concerns, or upsets.
4.Seniors, if you were unable to pick up your Cap & Gown before break Spring Break, you can now pick them up Before or After school in Room 205. If you owe money you can only pay with a Money Order, or Cash. If you pay in Cash you MUST have the exact amount.
5.Did you forget to order a Red Elephant T-shirt to support education for girls in Africa? The deadline is Today!! Pick up an order form in Ms. Boettcher’s Room (206) and return it with $10 by 3pm.
6.Sophomores: Please make sure that you have uploaded or turned in hard copies of your Service as Action evidence, reflections, and tracking forms. There are 10 students who are eligible for Middle Years Program Completion Certificates but need to submit one to two documents first. Additionally, if you expect to receive your graduation credit or NHS elibigibility for volunteer service, this needs to be completed. Your deadline is May 3rd.

9.Congrats to the Lady Generals JV Softball team on their 21-2 victory over Washington. A special shout-out to Yasmine Ferguson for pitching 10 strike-outs.
10. Shhhhhh! We need silence! Today is The National Day of Silence to show support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, and transgender friends who experience torment, harassment, and internalized shame for their perceived or expressed gender identity and sexuality. To show participate, pick up a ribbon and pledge card from room 306. Pledge to a day of silence, return your card, and BREAK THE SILENCE at the GSA meeting from 3-4PM today! Snacks will be provided.
11. The JV2 girls soccer team defeated MSL last night 2-1 in their first game of the season. Kay and Sarah scored the goals for the generals. The team is back in action tomorrow against Reagan.
