1.SOPHOMORES! Your final reflection report for your Personal Project is due TOMORROW on Managebac. You can stop by Ms. Schilling’s room (302) after school for help uploading.
2.Service as Action Students! Looking for volunteer activity for the summer months? Participate in the MPS Summer Week of Service. This volunteer service is organized for you with transportation and meals provided. All you do is select your sites. This will complete 20 hours of community service. Stop by the library to pick up a flyer and an application.
3.Tickets are going fast for the spring play She Kills Monsters. It runs this weekend Friday the 24th at 7:30 and Saturday the 25th at 2:30 and 7:30. See Ms. Fig in room 104 for tickets. Get yours today!
4.Attention seniors, if you would like to attend the senior skate night please turn to the group page or see Senior President Braylen for more information.
5.Do you like comedic pieces? Do you like telling dramatic stories? Or are you just interested in acting and theatre? Then this opportunity is for you to enhance your theatrical skills and learn about the do’s and don’ts in an audition. Join us Tuesday, March 28th from 3-5p in Room 104, there will be an audition workshop for anyone interested. You can prepare a monologue or do a cold reading. Materials will be provided and there will also be special guest. See Ms. Fig for any questions.
6.RKHS ACE Coalition members, please join us for our next meeting on Tuesday, March 21st, from 3:00-4:30pm in room 210. At this meeting, we welcome professor and Associate Dean of UWM’s Peck School of the Arts Kim Cosier as our guest speaker. Kim will begin with a discussion surrounding an article from the book that she co-edited, then lead printmaking and collaging workshops, with a focus on using art as activism. Please bring magazines or newspapers for collaging. See you there!
