How to Talk with Children About Race

June 8, 2020 By mahutadm

At MFIS, we believe that our diversity is our strength.  We are proud to offer a multi-cultural, public, French Immersion experience to students from a wide range of backgrounds.  To support our vision of equity for all children, we have prepared this linked PDF document Children and Race.  This contains information for families who are in search of resources for promoting constructive discussions about race.  Within, you will find some research and background information, children’s books for different age levels, and suggested readings for adults who would like to expand their understanding of the topic.  We hope you find it enlightening and helpful.
