Did you go directly to college or did you follow another route?
I went to college at UWM for six years. I wanted to be an architect, but since I had fat fingers, I sucked at making models. So I went my other route and decided to become a teacher since I enjoy working with kids and coaching.
Rewarding Moment at Madison:
Being able to relate to the students through humor, it may not be ideal, but being able to see kids smile at my or their own expense makes it easier to build a positive relationship.
Tell us your story. How did you get to where you are today?
A lot of hard work, determination, and being able to realize that if you fail at your first venture, doesn’t mean you’ll fail all the time.
I coach varsity football and JV baseball. I enjoy teaching/coaching students fundamental life skills, which sports accomplish. I also know sports are an important medium to get students involved at their school as well as within their neighborhood.
