Lets join in on National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month!
For the month of October, all VFZ schools will be promoting anti-bullying activities in both schools and communities.
To signify its importance, STOMP Out Bullying, the leading national anti-bullying and cyber-bullying organization for kids and teens, created Blue Shirt Day. It is a Recognized World Day of Bullying Prevention. This day is always observed on the first Monday of October. This year, it is Monday, October 3, 2016. Students, schools, parents and businesses are asked to GO BLUE on that day by wearing a Blue Shirt.
The collective efforts of EVERYONE is very important to raise awareness to make Monday the day that bullying prevention is heard around the world.
Every voice counts so let’s wear Blue on Monday!
