A few qualities a good employee might possess are honesty, self-confidence, flexibility, goal-oriented, and strong work ethic. Additional qualities a Madison Knight possesses are: having school spirit and being a legendary service provider. What better way to describe Ms. Williams. She is On Time! by arriving early and staying late if necessary to complete her assigned duties correctly. Simply, doing her job isn’t enough. She is On Task! by always finding a better or more efficient way to complete a task. She is On a Mission! by anticipating problems before they occur, and taking steps to avoid them. Ms. Williams is so much more than a secretary. She is a friend to co-workers and a mentor to students and is the first to offer comfort if anyone is having a bad day. Some would even argue that she is the voice of JMAC, from literally answering hundreds of calls a day to attending every Madison sporting event. In one form or another, we all depend on her organization, reliability and consistency. For these reasons, Ms. Williams is Madison’s November 2012 Lady Knight and very first James Madison Knight.
