Milwaukee Bucks All-Star Khris Middleton along with UnitedHealthcare CEO Dustin Hinton delivered excitement, energy, and new coats to Robert M. LaFollette School this week. About 225 students received new winter coats to keep them warm throughout the winter. The gift was made through Middleton’s organization, Dreambuilders Foundation, and was supported by a grant from UnitedHealthcare.
In past years, Middleton and UnitedHealthcare staff distributed coats inside MPS schools. This year, families picked up coats for their children on the school parking lot to observe social distancing.
Middleton is engaging in 12 Days of Khrismas this month to help children in Wisconsin, South Carolina, and Louisiana. Students at LaFollette are excited to be part of his holiday plans.
On behalf of Milwaukee Public Schools and the students and staff at LaFollette, thank you, Khris Middleton and United Healthcare!
