Alexa Alexandra, Class of 2021
My name is Alexa Nicole Alexander and I joined yearbook hoping to become a more social person plus I know how to take very good photos. I grew up being a very shy person. I never really had any friends. Since I didn’t have any friends I found friends through social media, there I had a place to be myself and escape. I loved taking pictures of myself and posting them online. As years passed I became better at taking pictures and knowing my angles. Plus I love having Memorabilia and I would like to help add my vision of the yearbook. It’s just so retro to me, I love retro things, and being in the yearbook club I’ll have something to keep of myself when I get older. In the old 80s movies, I always see yearbook club members around and taking pictures so I knew once I got into high school I had to be in the yearbook club. I’m a senior so I am contributing to the senior side of the yearbook. I’ve also helped with the idea of our cover and many other things. I just hope that my last year as a high school student I’ll have many pictures of myself and my peers in the yearbook And help out overall in the yearbook.
Kaylie DeLuna, Class of 2024
I joined the yearbook to participate in an extracurricular activity. But little did I know, how much enjoyment I’d receive form partaking in the yearbook club. I am contributing the information to certain topics as well as students’ photos. I hope to learn more about my creativity and my peers as we grow closer to help each other make this yearbook the best one yet!
My name is Alexandria Schrot, but everyone calls me Lexi. I joined the yearbook because my friend told me about it and said I should join. Plus, I also just needed something to do with my spare time. At first, I didn’t think I’d like it, but it grew on me! I really enjoy doing things with the yearbook and being social with my friends that are also in the yearbook club. It is overall a really good time filled with amazing experiences! The main thing I am contributing to the yearbook is writing for a lot of pages, but I am also helping with the design and gathering pictures. One thing I hope to learn from the yearbook club is how to collaborate with everyone and make something that we are all proud of. I look forward to continuing to work hard on the yearbook of 2020-21 and make it one of the best ones in Hamilton’s history!
My name is Diamond and I am a 9th grader. I joined the yearbook because I wanted to find my place at hamilton. Due to the fact I am new at hamilton, I don’t have too many friends, I thought this would be the perfect chance to make some. In the yearbook, I do different things so I can’t really say I just do one thing, But I am responsible for the memes and some of the research. some of the things I want to learn from the yearbook is how to communicate with people. I need to learn this because I don’t really like talking to people I don’t know. I would also like to learn how to pice together a proper paragraph with good supporting details.
I joined the yearbook because I wanted to do something fun. Joining the yearbook allows me to have a chance to make something cool and fun. It is cool to make something that everyone will see and I can be proud of it.
