On Saturday September 29th, MPS hosted an enrollment fair where all of the middle and high schools attended to help start enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year! We had many families come to see what our school is all about! We were excited to be able to talk about the transition our school is making to become a traditional middle school next year and some of the programs we will be offering as well! Thank you to all who stopped by to visit our table and we look forward to starting next school year!
Our K4-2nd grade students went to Betty Brinn Children’s Museum to learn and have fun! From the construction zone to the self guided tour, our students had a ball! Thank you to Betty Brinn for helping make learning fun!

Part-time teaching is a new option that offers a great work-life balance for retirees or teachers balancing family and career. A limited number of positions are available. MPS also offers a track to a teaching license for individuals who meet specific criteria, including those with a bachelor’s degree looking to make a career change. Representatives at the Career Fair can provide details.
Principals and school leaders will be on site to offer on-the-spot interviews. Candidates should bring several copies of their resume. Selected candidates will be moved directly onto a pre-employment track that will require additional documents, background check, and other steps.

On Friday May 11th, 2018 we had Muffins with Mom’s to celebrate the mother figures in our student’s lives. The made picture frames, weaved baskets and took pictures to celebrate the women in their lives. We had a great turnout for all of our mother figures! Great way to celebrate Mother’s Day!
