- For general technology support, please contact Mr. Skonecki between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 414-294-1255 or email him at skonecdr@milwaukee.k12.wi.us. You can also call or text him at 414-435-2984 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.
- If any malfunction occurs within the Chromebook, DO NOT attempt to repair the device. The student and/or parent or guardian must email the Technology Support Center at tsc@milwaukee.k12.wi.us immediately. Please include a phone number, school name, student ID number, and description of malfunction in the email so they can contact you with the next steps.
