PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION
We are privileged to have a wonderful Parent-Teacher Organization that plans and helps out with many different events for our school. The PTO also does fundraising for the purpose of raising extra money to assist in areas such as field trips, school dances, and school activities. The PTO meets once monthly to plan and discuss future events. Please check under the “calendar” tab to se when the next meeting is taking place. You are welcome to come and be a part of this spectacular group of parents and teachers! Your participation is welcomed and encouraged here at Audubon.
SCHOOL GOVERNANCE COUNCIL
Our School Governance Council is led by our Principal, Mr. Groce. The SGC consists of five parent voting members, one teacher, one community partner, and one student from both the middle and high school. You are welcome to attend any meeting to hear and discuss school policy, budget, and school improvement planning. For dates and times, please look under the “calendar” tab.
No matter what your career, cultural background, or education level is, this school knows you have something positive to offer to Audubon! Whether you juggle a very hectic work schedule, or stay at home and balance family responsibilities, we have many opportunities for you to be involved. If you would like to volunteer, please contact our Parent Coordinator, Cheryann Hernandez, at (414) 902-7800 or email her at email@example.com and let her know what you are interested in helping out with. Every person interested in volunteering must fill out an application either in person or online here. You can also stop into our Parent Resource Center, located in room 100, and meet with our Parent Coordinator to discuss ways to get involved and share ideas.
