Daddy/Daughter Dance

More than 800 MPS dads and daughters attended the 11th-Annual Daddy/Daughter Dance, held Feb. 15 at North Division High School. The event is organized by Milwaukee Recreation, in partnership with the Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative and the Social Development Commission. Dr. Thornton named CEO of Baltimore City Public Schools

MILWAUKEE — Baltimore City Public Schools announced today Dr. Gregory E. Thornton, Superintendent of Milwaukee Public Schools, will become the new Chief Executive Officer of the district, pending successful contract negotiations.
