Through the practice of yoga, students and staff at Cass St. School have learned how to deal with tension and stress and are able to find calmness within. Students received instructions from the staff of K12 Yoga on a weekly basis for the past two years. This fall, in addition to yoga, K12 Yoga will be visiting classrooms to teach mindfulness. Students benefit from practicing yoga with increased attention, focus and self-regulation. Students are also more cooperative while working in groups.
